Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Policy
At Techno Key Learning, we strive to be fair. However, our programs
require significant planning and infrastructure. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.
Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that all refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment
gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%), which are non-refundable by the payment providers.
1. Webinars, Workshops & Masterclasses (Paid)
- Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session begins.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made within 24 hours of the start time or after the session has occurred.
- If you miss the live session, access to the recording (if available) may be provided at our discretion, but no refund will be given.
2. Self-Paced / Recorded Courses
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
- Refunds are only valid if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
- If a significant portion has been viewed or downloaded, no refund will be granted.
3. Live Online & Classroom Programs
- Refunds are allowed only within 7 days from the batch start date.
- This applies only if you have attended no more than one live session.
- Once you attend multiple sessions or access materials beyond the first week, fees are non-refundable.
4. Processing Refunds

with your transaction details.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellations by Techno Key Learning
If we cancel a batch or webinar due to operational reasons, we will offer a full refund
(including transaction fees) or a seat in the next available batch, based on your preference.
